The Hebridean Cycle Club uses the Scottish Cycling Club Management Tool, an online resource which allows us to manage things such as membership, events and club runs - link to Club Management Tool FAQs.

The membership management tool is an online database used by the club secretary to store members details and accept online payments. Access to the payment system is via the Scottish Cycling website and all new members and renewals will need to apply for membership using this method. You do not need to be a member of Scottish Cycling to use the system but all members are encouraged to join Scottish Cycling to take advantage of their third party liability insurance and other benefits.

Taking out new membership or renewing membership requires you to accept the following Hebridean Cycling Club’s terms and conditions:

As a club member your information may be shared on the club website, social media pages or in emails sent by the club. This data will only be shared in the event that either you are a club volunteer, have participated in a race or challenge event or have recorded a major achievement. This data will be limited to your name, race results (if applicable) and details of your achievement. Limited further information about you may be included; for example, which category of race you entered.

Membership Fees:

Junior £10
Senior £15
Family £20 (2 or more at the same address)
