The Clubs AGM was held on Saturday 16th of April in the Woodland centre, several issues were covered including the ongoing trail project, club events and development of cycling in the Hebrides. The AGM was very well attended (Club Picture below), and was kindly addressed by the Chair of the Stornoway Trust, Charlie Nicholson, who reaffirmed the Trusts commitment to development of recreation and community access within the Trusts estate. The Trust also kindly donated cakes for the meeting, which were greatly enjoyed by all those in attendance.

The trail building is now really gathering pace under the guidance of Pete and Chris. The Trust have now recruited two full time staff dedicated to the project for the next two years, and there skills are being put to good use. The Willowglen section has now been cleared and surfacing commenced with help from volunteers (Shown with Pete). Chris and Pete are now applying the rock gardens to this red graded trail, which will hopefully be up and running for the summer.
